He means the game that young Josh plays in the movie Big. This game does not exist.

I spent awhile searching the web for this "game" one day and came to the conclusion that it does not really exist and was faked for the movie. Either that, or its some unknown game that no one has ever heard of, which seems extremely unlikely seeing as how that game would have been pretty advanced for that time period / computer technology.

The closest game I found was "Adventures in Serenia", aka "Wizard and the Princess", one of the earliest PC graphic adventure games ... by Sierra! (Their 2nd graphic adventure game ever, after Mystery House.) Unfortunately judging from the review, its pretty crappy even by the standards of 1986, and it is obviously NOT the game from Big, but you can download it from:

I think there used to be a topic on this a couple years ago with the same result, no game existed except in the movie.
