They appear in red letters below the search button, on the right of the Show Search Options and Create a Filter links.

What? Gmail swap. No, some people on there have Gmail and others don't. The people without Gmail offer things to the people with Gmail so that they can get an invite.

About Google's free email service <a href="http://www.gmail.com">GMail</a>. It's very good

Because it's only in a beta version yet, excisting users can invite others to join.
