Technically, kissing someone against their will does count as sexual harassment (note: looking at people in a certain way also counts as sexual harassment). It's not rape or abuse though.

You need to loosen up.

It only counts as sexual harrasment if one (Or both) are over the age of 18 (Or 13, 16, or something). Little kids don't count.
