Help with Games in Windows 98SE

Post problems with getting games installed and running properly here.

Does your computer suck as much as mine? Mac users need not apply, they all suck (yeah, I'm biased, shut up)

OK, in your CONFIG.SYS file it says

DOS=HIGH

Change that line to:

DOS=HIGH,UMB

If upper memory is present, CuteMouse will automatically use upper memory.

Cool. Unfortunately, I'll have to wait until after work to try this out.

The line in your config.sys that says this:

DEVICE=EMM286.EXE EMS 4096

Change it to this (exactly as I put it):

DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\EMM386.EXE RAM 4096

I don't know if that will help but it's worth a try.

Actually, it did. Thanks to you, I was able to get my game to work.

Now I just need to get the sound going...
