Looking for game. Clue: water rising, have to rescue people.

I don't know the name of the game and I don't know where to find it either. All I can remember is I think in each level the water rises and you have to rescue penguins or popes, something like that,I can't remember. I think you have to rescue them by boat or something.
This proberly isn't enough information but that's all I can remember.

Oh yer i'm also looking for "Final Doom". I have Doom TNT: Evilution and Doom Platonium, but are these add ons or the real things???
