I'm amazed at games with such realistic physics like Virtual Pool and Papyrus Indycar Racing. Anyone else know of any other game(s) that have real lifelike physics?
Hmmm... wasn't it that new Tomb Raider game that had ultra-real rendering of the effect of gravity on disperportionate areas of fat and connective tissue concentration on the human body? (Maybe I'm thinking of another one)
yeah..but I dont know why people focus still on UT99. UT2003 sucked..as far as im concerned UT2004 is now UT99 with better physics and now better graphics. And more gamemodes. Its awesome.
Well, my biggest complaint about Ut2k4 is the rocket launcher. But, yeah, it does feel more UT-like, and it may warrant me buying the full version. I've only tried the demo, though I must say that I didn't like the Onslaught mode very much. It was too... Big.
Full Version is a lot better. Assualt levels are awesome..And onslaught has some good maps. There is a small island one with water and island trees..it is really nice. Almost relaxing..until you get killed
I have to say, though, the graphics were beautiful. And my compy ran the demo's standard graphics with no problems at all, and it's not top-of-the-line, either. Now, let's compare UT2k4 to halo's graphics and system-guzzling reasource taking. Hmm, wonder which one I'd get.
exactly. The people at Bungie can't code. The port was horrid. Even on top of the line computers it didnt even manage 30 fps..of course the patches helped some.
