I'd like to run Steel Panthers III on my laptop (P1.9, 512 Mb RAM, Geforce4 460 Go, running Win2k), but it just quits after the DOS extender "splashscreen", no matter what I try in the Pif parameters. Anyone has succeded in doing this?
BTW, yes I know, dual boot, old PC running a true DOS, and so on. I do have several PCs (from my first 486 on), that's not the problem. I just want to be able to take the game with me while travelling, and I won't configure a dual boot just to run Steel Panthers 3 once a month...
