Hi, how to know what sound card im using and where to update its driver? Thanks.

the easiest way to tell is to open your tower and look. It's most likely a PCI card, but if it's older, it may be ISA. If it's onboard, you may have to go to the manufacturer's website, or googlesearch the motherboard.
