Old Racing Game, Does anyone know the name????

It's an old racing game where you drag race. You'd get money from winning races, in which you could purchase new cars, motor, carborators, ext. And you'd have to actually take out the motor, and put in a new one. It was back in the days, before Win 95, cannot remeber exactly when.
