Slow Down!

Hi i recently downloaded Police Quest 3 most of the game runs fine except there is one major issue. When you get in the car to drive it runs soooo fast it is uncontrollable. The game is running too fast. also when you are not in the car the characters head twitches from side to side. is there anyway to slow the game down? if so how?

It's Moslo. I don't really use it that much. I use a windows based program called "Turbo".
