Old Space Sim Game

Hi I have been looking for this game for a few days now but to no luck.

Its like sim city in a way but you are building on asteroids. You can build stuff like missle silos, orbital space craft to defend your planet/asteroid, sensor arrays etc.

Thank you, I am afraid that I cannot think of anything more.

I said oh my god because I found those games from Google by putting the keywords:

game, like, sim, space, asteroid
