I search civilization 1 and an other game

I had bought civilization for 4 years and now I lost the CD can you tell me where I can download.
And the other game is a game whre you are a owner of an Hotel or Restauraunt and you must get rich. ( Sorry I forgot the name of this game)


I hope you can help me
