Yet another person looking for an old game

Ok, I played this sometime before 2000 and I think it came on a cd that had some shareware games that came with a laptop.

I don't remember much, but early on you were in a jail cell and had to escape using the lightbulb somehow. It had a 2d side scroller kinda view and I think it might've involved being a spy of some sort. I can't remember more than that

Uhh...nevermind, I think it was teen agent and I downloaded it just now.
