Who else has read them? I re-read the series, finishing The Amber Spyglass this morning (around 1:30 AM). Damn, it's great, but the ending's depressing. Probably because it doesn't feel complete, and it's not standard fare.

I read the serious about two years ago. I thought it was prety good too. I can't really remeber my recation too the ending though.
