Retro Prison Game with Balloons

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to identify an old MS-DOS game from the 90s (possibly early 2000s). It was a brick-breaker type game with a unique prison theme. Here are the details I remember:

- The game had a dark, prison-like atmosphere. The high score menu featured cages or prison cells in the background.
- After completing a level, there were colorful balloons tied to strings that would float upwards.
- The game might have started with a pistol or a similar weapon.
