WINDOWS 3D missions in futuristic city with spacecraft

Hi I'm looking for a games I was played in windows, I think in the early 2000s.
It was a 3D game, you drive a spacecraft (similar to the spacecrafts in wipeout series) but you were in a futuristic city and there was different missions to complete driving around the city.
Unfortunatly I'm not sure about the type of mission, if it was like taxi or cops/thief, but the nice things was that you can move in all the direction forward/backward/right/left/up/down and the city has some district and skyscraper upside down.
I think the games box was green/blue
Can anyone help me?
