Top-Down Retro Cat Game Dodge and Collect Money

Year of release: aprox. early 2000's
The game features several cats you can play as.
You move on the screen using WASD or arrows I suppose. There are different maps, you are going towards top section of screen, dodging different obstacles as: cowboys, trains, birds etc.
At the end of each map there are some portals you need to get into, so you finish the level.
Sometimes there were logs floating on the water and you would need to wait for them and jump on them.
I remember one of the characters as being a yellow fat cat
I also remember some voice lines as " I can do it!!" high pitched and a bit fast.
also I dont know how accurate it it, but I think a narrator would say " ROUND 1" etc
I believe there might be some timed levels, where you got to collect as much money as you can, as fast as possible.

Could it have been a DOS game or Flash game running in a browser?

I think it was DOS, I didnt have internet back then. It was not on the internet.
