TPP, brutal, PC game with goblin/orcs

Hello everyone!

When I was a kid, 15 to 20 years ago I played PC game with character who looked like Hercules without shirt.
Character was dumb and at the start of the game green goblins/orcs kidnapped his girlfriend when riding huge wheel.

I remember game was very brutal with dismemberment and a lot of blood.

Tried to search it via Google but no results.

The description reminds me of Die by the Sword, but some details seem not to match. IIRC, the main character wears chain mail armour and I don't remember any wheel in the intro.
