First-person shooter similar to Counter Strike

So when i was a kid,i remember playing this first-person shooter game on pc and it was supposed to be a ripoff/fan made version of Counter Strike.all i remember was it was something like Counter Strike:Iron Shield or something but i looked through Counter Strike series and it wasn't there.
The story of campaign was about a group of russian military soldiers go on a mission to gather some information about some gang members activity and the further they go in this operation they meet some elements about zombies and towards the ending of the game.the game ends when you shoot a helicopter with a RPG while the heli is trying to kill you. If there is any game that resembles this,let me know.
