Pixel game about cute sea lion and apple (?)

I used to play this game when I was in elementary school (2007ish). Since I play it through the emulator on my bulky old computer, I don't know what year or platform this game originated from.

This is a 2d pixel game and the visual is pretty much like Mario. It is about a seal and a little girl, and I think the seal has a light color like pinkish white(?). When playing this game, the seal will follow the girl (or the other way around, I forgot ) and the seal will bump its body/head into a tree. After that, there will be apples falling down which are used to power up the seal.
