Xbox 360 game where the main mechanic was switching bodies

Hello! My brother and I vaguely remember this Xbox 360 demo we used to play. It was about a puzzle platformer with different areas and the ability to switch your soul out and move around before possessing another character with different powers. There were different areas accompanied with different elements like fire or electricity. These characters looked like small cavemen ish people with masks like Aku Aku from Crash Bandicoot. It's a 2D game, and it was around 2008-2013, God knows what year it was. I'll link a picture I drew rather quickly to provide some visual aid on how I remember the levels. I hope you guys can help me track this old game for nostalgia's sake
