Windows strategy game, 2000-2008 [NetStorm: Islands at War]

2000 - 2008 idk when i was a kid in that years axis and allies also exist and i played it at same time
the game iam looking for is : windows game
base lines was rock mountains in the air ( maybe space but was air with clouds around the area) so you have to create roads in the air to connect your base to so mining rocks and then when you connect it the collor of that rock turn to blue ( your color ) you then send unit to collect money from mining it wasnt money it was similar to diamond paper somthing , i remmber if your units die there was a man sound said : unit lost ... unit lost ...
after you collect diamons you create canons ballons and else depend on what wave you play in single player , next waves you was able to create dragons archery machines ...


there was also type of laser wall for defence ...

units that collecting doiamonds in some waves was crabs also or else
