spotlight on aquatic scene game educational

The game I'm looking for involves pointing a spotlight on a scene that is pitch black with possible exceptions of white to give clues.

It is NOT any of the I spy games that I have seen so far, but it seems very similar.

One can point a spotlight at an octopus and a treasure chest that I remember, but the graphics were not like the I spy games that were released in 2003

I played this game in school between 1993 and 1997 and I imagine that it was on a mac of some kind.

In my search so far it seems like it had a cursor that was a bubble similar to odell down under, but it's possible I am confusing my memories of it.

Sorry Rwolf, it's none of those

However, there is a picture in one of the games that is very reminiscent of what I'm looking for. I don't have the privilege to post a link since I'm a new member, but if you look up klikkerdeklik or akaklike there is a screen capture of animals in a barnyard that have a spotlight on them.

The flashlight or spotlight was a lot like this and instead of animals there were fish and an an octopus and a treasure chest and it seemed that the scene was pitch black with just a few white animated highlights visible before flashing the spotlight.
