DOS game including wizards, monsters, crossbreeding [Dominus]

Looking for a DOS game that had wizards and monsters in it.
you could capture monsters and crossbreed them in your dungeon to get new monsters.

played it around 1996 but i think the game is older.
isometric style view.
i think monsters appered 3 at at time.
cant remember if battles was turn based or not.
