Top down game like arkanoid, but the ball could be controlled with arrow keys and kept bouncing up and down-Windows 2003

Hello everyone,
I tried searching everywhere but to no avail.

Back in the first 2000s I used to play this little game on my Windows XP PC. It was about a ball that kept bouncing up and down and which could be moved left or right with the arrow keys. I don't remember the condition to meet to end a level, but I do know for sure that you could change the level whenever you wanted to and they were not randomly generated.
There were many different blocks that acted differently depending on what they were.
For example there were "blocks" that could have been passed through only in one way and not the other.
Also indestructible and destructible blocks.

Here's a list of the most extensive number of things I remember:
-The ball was blue (I believe)
-The game ran in windowed mode (or at least by default)
-It had sound effects but no music
-Camera was fixed and was looking at the whole scene all the time from above
-The background was dark grey, or at least all the colors in the game were a bit dull, except for the key elements like the ball and the puzzle blocks

These are all the details I can remember for now.

I think I'm familiar with this type of game that you describe, but not with the exact game you're looking for. MobyGames suggests that this kind of gameplay was first found in Crillion, so maybe this could help direct your search.
