A Fighting game which you throw people into Trash Container

1994-2006. There was a PC game which you were beat people up and throw them into trash container to get points. Game was third person. You fight and beat people random people in a small area (surrounded by buildings). You take them in your shoulders and put them into to trash and you get points. After that they respawn. I remember this game. I am looking for this game for ages. I could not find anything. Can you please help me reach my childhood dream kind sirs?
