Windows futuristic Real-Time Strategy game [I of the Enemy]
The icon is a blue soldier with a white face (or maybe it's a blue rocket)
. Played it on windows 7
. It was a strategy game
. Bird's eye view
. You could produce purple units and tell them to go from place to place in the level, the more they walked, they would light up the map
. Enemy units would usually be blue, red and green as far as I can remember
. The objective was to destroy all enemy units and enemy bases
. The game was level based, every level had a map and you would have to explore it to find enemy bases and destroy them
. One of the units were some kind of futuristic plane
. The main base was some kind of circle with a X on it, I believe maybe with some sort of arms around it all pointing to the center
. I don't know exactly from when the game is, but I'm pretty sure I used to play it before 2013
. Usually at least in the first levels the scenery was similar to a orange desert
. I'm pretty sure the UI was located in the right of the screen
. Characters would talk to each other 'via text boxes and their faces on the side
. Each unit in the game has a random name
. I believe the player could have multiple save files
I was writing all of these as I remembered, it's been a loooong while since I've last seen this game
If only I could send a picture of it's icon I think that could make things a little bit easier

The description sounds a lot like Z, or maybe its more recent sequel Steel Soldiers.

I've looked through all the games in the list, I'm 100% sure it came before 2014 so I added that extra tag, but none of the games in there were the game I'm looking for, also including the Earth series you sent, I'm 100% sure that game existed, because I remember playing it with my father so it exists, maybe it is not registered in the Moby Games website

Do you remember if the graphics were 2D or 3D. Which of the games we've brought up so far looks the closest to yours?
Was it a commercial game you bought on a CD or in a digital store, or a freeware game by indie developers?

The game had 2D graphics very similar to the graphics of Dune 2000, (more specifically, screenshot 32, that was the one that felt the most similar to me for some reason, except the UI which I think was more like a dark metallic texture) and also the terrain looked very similar to the ones in Dune 2000, also the units in the game were really easy to differentiate, their colors would pop out from the rest of the terrain with vibrant colors just like in KKND: Krush Kill 'N Destroy Xtreme , the difference is that the colors were Purple (player), red, blue, green (enemies), I don't remember how we obtained the game, unfortunally, but I now remember the game had something to do with space, and the game would be going on in another planet I believe, a desert planet with zero vegetation.
also the victory screen was something similar to this, multiple soldiers around the main machine which is some kind of round platform with 4 arms around it pointing to the center like it's building up energy, the sky is the darkness of space with the glow of the sun and the machine is holding some king of energy in the center, I know the drawing is beyond awful but I tried to represent the 3D of the scene the best as I can (my drawing skills suck, lol), the actual victory screen had more realistic graphics of course.

Hmm...perhaps one of the C&C games, maybe in the Tiberian series?

I had a vague suspicion that the game you're looking for is I of the Enemy -- I just didn't realise it was not listed on MobyGames so you could not find it there. But now I looked up a video and both the description of the main base building and the victory screen match:

The game seems to be fading into obscurity, but here's an archived copy of the developer's site. There used to be a demo available too:

The protagonist is voiced by Ian McNeice.
