Hello everyone.
I am looking for a game I used to play in the Library in MTSU in the late 90's like 98 to 2004.
It was an online empire building game and I think it reset every 30ish days.
It was Turn Based mostly text with some limited graphics.
I cant remember all of the civilizations you could use but I almost always used the Chinese and each civ had a unit bonus unit and building.
there were different screens for trade, exploration and war.
the three types of land you could have were mountains, plains and forest.
I want to say there was 1000 in the title
there were different units like presents, knights, archers and towers

Ok, Mobygames has an entry for it: https://www.mobygames.com/game/new-1000-ad
but the webpage is gone since 2009: http://web.archive.org/web/200905291052 ... 000ad.net/
(even if the game code is there, the server login would probably not work anymore)
and the developers homepage was last alive in 2012: https://web.archive.org/web/20121018024 ... tware.com/
Not sure if any archived content is usable for restoring the game on other websites.
(They have an old version of the source code available, written in Cold Fusion, but I don't know how much is actually there)
(Dosgames also has the developer listed, with one game, not on Mobygames: https://dosgames.com/author/ader-software/)
