PC game, alien crashed on a beach [Starshot: Space Circus Fever]

What I remember:
- I played it in the late 90s (maybe in the early 2000s), but I only had the demo.
- I played it on a Windows PC
- It was a third person 3D game. (I would say it was a platformer)

The player was a little alien character who crashed his spaceship on an island. You had to collect red triangles or rectangles and when you had them all you could fly away with the spaceship. That was the end of the demo.

There was a little boy building a sandcastle on the shore of the island, if you got close to him he would hit you with his shovel. If you destroyed his sandcastle he started crying and an adult started chasing you.
By double jumping you got a small rocket that you could fly for a short time.
There were sharks in the water that would eat you if they caught you.
