Musical game, music is infected by green worms/bugs/germs [JumpStart Music]

This game was in cd and was the only game in that cd.. I played this in around 2008-09 on pc. before game starts many green coloured bugs/germs/worm are shown jump into a brass instrument (like tuba maybe) and infect the beautiful music (popular rhymes). The game starts and we are a given a map (like candy crush) but with musical instruments like places. We have to play through that map.. the game play was something like this; a tune was played and muscial note sheet was displayed after listening to the tune we had to find the worm based on where music sounded unusual. If We click on the right note the green worm thingy was identified and captured in a cloth bag.

I remember so little about this because i didn't play this much or even completed the game. I knew nothing about music and instruments that time, the game had quite good graphics as far I remember. I'm trying to find it but don't know the name. Hopefully I could find it again.
