Chill driving, only racing against time game [Ford Simulator 5.0]

If my memory serves me correctly this was 1st person game. I seem to remember vast countryside theme and perhaps the most memorable thing for me was that my mission was to reach a destination in its time but the young me (7 years old) failed at this because some beautiful ladies needed a ride

So i think the point of the game was to plan the route smartly and drive trough it, perhaps without getting caught on distractions

Any idea what this game was? I remember playing it on windows 3.1 and i'm not sure, but i would guess it had to be a DOS game.

Any of the Ford Simulator games would fit that description.
