DOS football\soccer game [SportTime Soccer]

Can't remember the name.
I had it in a 5.25 diskette, played it around 1990-1995.
It was 7 on 7 I think.
You had a choice between US or English league.
The lower ranked teams got the most money.
The younger players had the best fitness and speed.
It had 64 teams - 4 divisions with 16 teams each.
I only remember the goalkeeper name, it was something like R. Bouy.

it is very similar to this video, with almost identical gameplay but looking more modern

Wondering if there was a newer version of this game.
