Castlevania for MS DOS

Hi guys,

This might be a silly question but how do you save progress in Castlevania (DOS version)? I tried to play it with a d pad and keyboard and there are no default settings which will allow me to save the game. Do I have to set it manually in the keymapper?

You mean the DOSBox keymapper? You wouldn't be able to set a game-specific function key there.

Quit it. There's a menu to select save & quit. (Beginnin' o' stage and checkpoints)
