Greetings! I was in undergrad back in the mid-to-late 1990's, and while staying over at a friend's house, I remember he had this computer game where you explored space and were able to terraform planets (I think.) The graphics I remember being rather simple, with different colors for planets, and it may have showed the planet circuits as well, but so much of my memory of this game is vague. I have been trying to find it online for years now, and while I have stumbled across ones that seem similar, it just doesn't seem to match what I remember. It kind of is like Spaceward Ho!, but different. Masters of Orion is another one I thought might be it, but, again the one I am remembering seems different. I believe I knew this friend around 1997-1999, but the game may have been an older one as I do not think it had 3d graphics or anything fancy.
Anyone got any ideas which game this would be? Thanks!
PC game from 80s or 90s involving space exploration, terraforming?
