1990-2000s FPS

Hi guys, so I want to find an old game and everything I remember is it's a fps game in 1990s or 2000s it's like cs 1.6.
And the only thing I remember is this game has a night and snow map and it's pretty dark( not a horror game). Ur mission is kill all the bad guys inside a house and find the controller room to stop something( I don't remember) by pressing and holding Lshift.
Yeah I know it's really difficult to find the game with some informations like this but I hope u guys can help me.
