Shooting game (I think it was with vampires)

I'm looking 2 older games that are completely unrelated.

Ill make 2 posts rather then one

1. A shooting game, older then 10 years, more like 15, it was a dark game with some vampires I think not sure, remember one of the weapons was a gun that drains health on use, and there was a boss on top of some building but we couldnt manage to beat, every time we came close he teleported to another building.
