PC Point and Click Adventure 1998-2001

Hello all,

I'm looking for a game I played once on my mothers PC.

The only thing I remember is that you are in a prison Cell and there is like a wooden bench in one corner which you can move up und down and this causes something so that you can escape the cell.
The next thing I remember is that its possible to get caught and you will be arrested in the same prison cell as mentioned above but then its GAME OVER..

No the Graphics were more advanced, it didnt look like a 2D sidescroller...
