Puzzle game [Iggle Pop]

There was an old puzzle game ( maybe not too old ) where you play as colored fluffy round creatures and try to free others of your kind from cages.

And there was some guards but I forgot how they looked that you need to avoid. it was top down perspective.

That's all I remember

The one game I keep thinking of is 'The fury of the Furries' or 'Pac-In-time'; some is platforming from the side, other parts are top-down like pac-man.

I also thought of Fury of the Furries. I didn't realise that Pac in Time was the same game.
