(PC) 2000s industrial cyber-punkish side-view 2.5D marine space shooter [Blowout]

I'm looking for an old PC side-view 2.5D shooter than has a really rusty, metalish industrial look to it, i remember the game being in some kind of spaceship in space and it started by you going up an elevator and there were big weird looking almost H.R. Giger like monsters near one of those gates in the spaceship that open to space, the game played like Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project and looked like Shadow Complex but with older graphics (keep in mind that i'm from Armenia so the game might even be Russian because we got a lot of Russian games here back then)
