A platformer bubble wizard old game [Acter World]

Hello!
I hope I`m not breaking any rule, but I REALLY want to find this game
Anyways
It looks like an arcade game, but I`m not sure if it is.
It had a pixaleted visual, and It was a platformer, fantasy and action game.
There was a girl (?) with a green or red cap, she had a wand with a blue orb. She could make bubbles of her size, and she could trap her enemies on them. When she touch the trapped enemies, they fall and die.
There was a happy music playing, and some enemies danced in the rythm.
The scenario was a castle, with yellow blocks. In some levels, we could see the sky. The enemies were knights and ghosts, so I think the game was in a haunted castle
The game is in japanese.
You pass the leves by killing all the enemies
It was very similar to Milon's secret castle, but It's NOT.

Timeframe - what year did you play it?

Computer being PC with Windows or DOS?
Was it one of the Japanese PC-88/PC-99/FM 7/FM Towns type PC machines?

Hmmm
I used to play it during 2003-2008, but i think it is older than that (if my memory is right, its release date was something about 199X)
It came in a cd with other games, and I played all of them in windows. No, my computer is not japanese, nor I am.
I think it was a Dell computer, so it was not that old neither that different. I think the game was not firstly designed for this kind of computer, because the screen was different (it was smaller, and when I played there were always a void in the sides). I think is just an adaptation.

Hmm, that bubble trap reminds me of Bubble-Bobble, but there you played as two dinos or small boys, what I read...maybe something similar?

Yeah, it's very similar, but its a girl instead. And it's not Bubble Bobble.
oh, and I think its only for 1 player
