The Latest and The Greatest Bitmap Viewer for MS-DOS

Jesus!hehe Here is the latest and the greatest bitmap viewer. It takes a file called 'loadfile.bmp', which contains a .BMP image resized to under 320 width by under 200 height. The .BMP must be 256 color shading in UNcompressed 8-bit form.

Then it produces the first EVER VGA 256 color photograph on MS-DOS.
