my cpu has been sayin "preparing for a full day aftr downloading street fighter 2 turbo. whats going on why is it not working????

Please provide more details about:
- where you downloaded the game and which version it is;
- what OS or emulation you are running it on;
- what you did prior to the error/lockup.
