Ocean's DID TFX manual and Microprose's B-17

I want to get these 2 things. Anyone?

The manual for Ocean's Digital Image Design's TFX (Tactical Fighter Experimental).

And the full game: Microprose's B-17.
Rules of 3: 1 Don't frighten anyone. 2 Don't annoy anyone. 3 Don't take #'s 1 or 2 from anyone.
