Looking for this old cooking game i played in 2002-2003

you run your restaurant, unlock recipes, have challenges...
some inspector visits every 5 days and sometimes a thief comes to steal money...

.... and what's wrong with that? Game is much funnier when you set up weapons traffic for the mafia.
