Need to find the name of a adventure game [Chips Challenge]

My friend is trying to remember the name of a computer game she played when she was very young. She told me the following:

* Played from a bird eyes view (top-down)
* You collected multi color keys to open multi-color doors
* She recalls that you skid on ice when walked on

Anyone have a clue what it might be? I know for fact its not Commander Keen, Secret Agent, or Crystal Caves.
