Inability to run Rodent's Revenge

I have Windows 7, and have just downloaded Rodent's Revenge, but when I tried to run the program, my DOSBox told me that: "This program requires Microsoft Windows." Is this a problem I can fix, or is it impossible for me to run this game?

Rodent's revenge is a win3 game.
You can run it in dosbox 0.74+W3

Yes, but then he/she/it will have to install MsDos first before being able to run-install W3.x.
