DOSbox troubles...

Post by TheRetroZombieDOS »

I recently got a new laptop (finally can play better games like Half Life 2 & Bioshock :D) and I downloaded the DOSbox. The problem is the key layout. It's like when I try to type in \ which is the most used key it puts in a ]. How can I change the layout?

You can use the keymapper, there's some info available about it here:

I can't really help more than that, I've never had to use it personally.

You're using an HP laptop, right? When you open up dosbox, type "ctrl-f1" then click on "\", click on the "del" button, then click add and type "\".

Do the same for [, ], and p and I believe.
