Carriers at war problem.

I tried to load a game called Carriers At War. At the DOSBox screen, it showed Carriers At War - Hard Disk Installation
Memory Error Echo is off
Illegal Command: The Carriers At War files. You will have to free up some space on the BAT drive and repeat the installation procedure.


I don't know what this means. Can someone please give me some help.

Original game? Downloaded?
Floppy?CD?
