***Update***
Still working on the game though albiet slow and steady. I am however hung-up on my scrolling random stars subroutine that will allow for the effects of movement and nebula particles being shown. As soon as that gets straightened out I can really move ahead.

More notes on the game. The current starting speed limit is 10 pixels per main program loop. Fast enough not to get bored to death, not fast enough to get to another star system before several dinners ;). For this GUI design, the blank area to the right of the tab-able sections will be a quick stats section for energy levels, missle count, and all that jazz.
