hi need for speed is'nt showing clear its blurry even doom is'nt showing clear does something need ajusting can someone help please

hi i just downloaded need for speed but its not showing clear ,its blurry,even doom isnot showing clear do i need to ajust the color before putting on the game or what is the deal can someone help
